Custom orders take 10-14 working days. Express orders can be done in a week, however an additional R100 will be charged for an express order. 5 working days.
NON- personalized items listed on the site and in stock will be shipped out the next working day.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately not, all items are customized to your preference. Any changes once embroidery is done, the client is then liable for the extra costs.
