Custom orders are made to order and require 10–14 working days to complete.
Need it faster? We offer an express option (ready in 5 working days) for an additional R100 fee.

📦 When will my order ship?

• Custom items: Ship within 10–14 working days

• Express orders: Ship within 5 working days (R100 surcharge)

• In-stock, non-personalised items: Ship the next working day

🔁 Return Policy

All products are final sale and cannot be returned, including custom orders.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@livegolf.co.za so we can assist you.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations.
All items are custom-made and once embroidery or personalisation has started, the client is responsible for any additional costs due to changes.

🚚 Shipping Costs

We charge a standard flat shipping fee of R100 on all orders.

Each cover is made with care and built to last.
